Welcome to the Goodlife Wellness Centre, located in the heart of Sooke, BC. As a collective of health professionals, we offer a large selection of modalities focused on mind and body healing and problem prevention.

We invite you to our warm and relaxing complex to enjoy everything from acupuncture to massage, reflexology, and reiki. We also offer spa packages, which combine several options.

The Goodlife Wellness Centre opened July 1st, 2001 to satisfy a vision of a central location where practitioners could get together to share knowledge; and where the community, and visitors to the area, could come for information on health and general well being.

Appointments are pre-booked through individual practitioners.
Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are available with most practitioners. You may also find someone available for a drop-in session.

Gift Certificates are available from in any denomination for the service of your choice, directly from individual practitioners.
